At Ali Brand Event Planner’s, all our services and products are provided with careful planning, customization, and advance preparation. Therefore, we follow a strict No Refund & No Return Policy.
No Refunds & No Returns
- We do not accept refunds or returns under any circumstances.
- All bookings, décor services, floral arrangements, and customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Advance payments and full payments are final once an order or booking is confirmed.
Customized & Perishable Items
- All décor setups and floral items are customized according to client requirements.
- Fresh flowers and event décor involve time, labor, and material costs, making refunds impossible once preparation has begun.
Order Confirmation
- Clients are requested to review all details carefully before confirming their order or booking.
- By placing an order or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Exceptional Circumstances
- In rare cases of service cancellation from our side due to unavoidable reasons, any compensation (if applicable) will be decided solely by management.
- No refunds will be issued due to change of mind, event cancellation by the client, or external factors.
