No Refunds & No Returns

  • We do not accept refunds or returns under any circumstances.
  • All bookings, décor services, floral arrangements, and customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Advance payments and full payments are final once an order or booking is confirmed.

Customized & Perishable Items

  • All décor setups and floral items are customized according to client requirements.
  • Fresh flowers and event décor involve time, labor, and material costs, making refunds impossible once preparation has begun.

Order Confirmation

  • Clients are requested to review all details carefully before confirming their order or booking.
  • By placing an order or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • In rare cases of service cancellation from our side due to unavoidable reasons, any compensation (if applicable) will be decided solely by management.
  • No refunds will be issued due to change of mind, event cancellation by the client, or external factors.
