Services

Ali Brand Event Planner’s provides event décor, floral arrangements, and wedding-related services in Sahiwal and nearby areas. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment or mutual agreement.
Event dates are reserved once confirmation is completed.
Any changes to event details must be communicated in advance.

Payments

Prices are agreed upon before confirmation of services.
Advance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Full payment must be completed before or on the event date.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be informed as early as possible.
Advance payments are non-refundable due to preparation and material costs.
In case of unavoidable circumstances, refunds (if any) will be decided at management’s discretion.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate event details (date, time, venue).
Any damage to décor items caused by guests or venue staff will be the client’s responsibility.
Access to the venue must be provided on time for setup.

Design & Customization

Décor designs are customized; slight variations may occur due to flower availability, season, or weather conditions.
Final setup may vary slightly from sample images while maintaining overall theme and quality.

Limitation of Liability

Ali Brand Event Planner’s will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by weather, venue restrictions, power failures, or other factors beyond our control.
